- 100% Swiss chocolate
Swiss chocolate is famous the world over. We only use chocolate produced in Switzerland that does not substitute other vegetable fats for cocoa butter, although this is currently allowed.
- Eggs from barn and free-range production
We bake our biscuits exclusively using eggs from barn and free-range production.
- No artificial flavourings
We only use natural flavourings in our high-quality Wernli biscuits.
- No colourings
In principle, no colourings are used in Wernli products except in the fruit in our Florentins, which has been prepared according to the same traditional recipe for decades.
- Sustainable cocoa and hazelnuts
In order to promote the cultivation of sustainable cocoa and hazelnuts, we only use raw materials containing cocoa (chocolate, cocoa powder, etc.) and hazelnuts which has been grown according to UTZ criteria.
