Bio-familia AG
The year 1954 saw the foundation of bio-familia AG. The goal was to produce the highly successful «Birchermüesli» (a muesli and fresh fruit mix) from Bircher-Brenner, in a factory. This gave birth to the line of familia Bio-Birchermüsli products. And the effort earned worldwide recognition for the term muesli, while bio-familia as the pioneer became a professional producer of cereals.

HUG has been associated with bio-familia for a long time. It operates under contract to bio-familia in the areas of sales, key account management, field sales, customer service, and marketing of the most loved Swiss muesli products - for both retailers and the restaurant, hotel, and catering industry.

Vaasan & Vaasan's history stretches back over one-and-a-half centuries to the year 1849. Starting off as a millering, the company shifted more and more in the 20^th century towards bread making. Today, it is one of the biggest industrial bakeries in Finland and the Baltic States.
